Consortium Home Page
This is the home page of the USDA Training and Development Consortium.
The Consortium was formed to implement recommendations made in the Secretary's
Civil Rights Action Team Report. The specific charge was to improve the
skills of USDA supervisors, managers, and executives through coordinated,
competency based training and development.
The duties, responsibilities, and authorities of the Consortium have
been spelled out in the Charter and the Policy on Training and Development
of Supervisors, Managers and Executives. This homepage is intended to improve
communication among the USDA mission areas and agencies, and reduce duplication
of effort.
