Chief Administrative Law Judge Marc R. Hillson
Marc R. Hillson, Chief Administrative Law Judge, joined OALJ in July, 2003. Prior to this appointment, he served as an ALJ, and then as a member of the Departmental Appeals Board at the Department of Health and Human Services. Previously, he served as an ALJ with the Social Security Administration's Office of Hearings and Appeals, and as a manager, litigator and rulemaker with the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Labor. He is a graduate of Duke University and New York University Law School.
