  person with bullhorn-announcing an event   The Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) sponsors a series of Small Business Vendor (VOS) community outreach sessions. The purpose of these sessions is to provide the small business community the opportunity to meet with the OSDBU coordinators to discuss their capabilities and learn of potential procurement opportunities. OSDBU Coordinators are located in each contracting office and are responsible for carrying out the small business program in their respective agencies.
