Description:
ePayroll augments the eGovernment agenda by creating greater efficiencies in Federal payroll processing. This initiative will define regulations to help standardize payroll data across the Federal Government resulting in:

  1. Improved information sharing between performance, budget, and financial management offices

  2. Increased opportunity for key officers to make well-informed decisions

  3. The promotion of Federal payroll policies and standards interoperability

  4. Reduced risk across the Department

ePayroll leverages industry best practices and expertise across all Federal payroll providers, and is aligned with the Presidential Initiative for e-Payroll. This initiative also supports the strategic investment in human capital, as Government employees benefit from cost-effective service through the implementation of best practices.
