Authorized Percentages of Research and Extension Formula Funds (Section 7203)

The bill amends Section 1444(a) of NAREPTA 1977 to raise the authorized funding level of 1890 extension formula programs from 6 to 15% of funds appropriated under the Smith-Lever Act, and to raise the authorized funding level of the1890 research formula programs from 15 to 25% of funds appropriated under the Hatch Act.
