1890 Land Grant Matching Requirements (Section 7212)

The bill alters the 1890 matching requirements for research and extension formula programs. The matching requirement would increase by 10% per year until a maximum of 100 % in FY07 and thereafter. The Secretary may waive the required match above 50% if a State will be unlikely to satisfy the requirement.
