Organic Agriculture Research and Extension Initiative (Section 7218)

The bill provides $3 million in mandatory funds for FY04 through FY08 for the Organic Research and Extension Initiative described in 7 U.S.C. 5925b. The bill also makes several modifications to the purposes of the grant program.
