Grants for Youth Organizations (Section 7412)

The bill provides $8 million in mandatory CCC funds for a program to award grants to the Boy Scouts of America, the Girl Scouts of the United States of America, the National FFA Organization, and the National 4-H Council, to establish pilot projects to expand programs in rural areas and small towns.
