HELP - Agricultural Statistics

The tables contained in the Agricultural Statistics are available in Adobe Acrobat PDF (Portable Document Format) beginning with 1994. For 1995-96, the files are also available in CSV (Comma Separated Values) format. PDF files, when downloaded to your computer and displayed using the free Acrobat Reader, will display as an on-screen publication. Each file represents a chapter from the actual publication.

You will need the free Acrobat Reader on your computer in order to read the PDF file(s). If you have not already downloaded the free Acrobat Reader, you should download it now from Adobe.

At the request of data users, CSV files were also provided for the 1995-96 publication. CSV files contain the table number, title, and rows of data for each of the tables in the publication. Data values are separated by commas. There are no column headers, stubs, or footnotes in the CSV data. That information is available by displaying and printing the PDF files, from the CD-ROM, or from the printed publication.

Saving (downloading) Files

The method used for saving the PDF and CSV files listed in the table will vary depending on your browser. Some of the options include: press and hold the shift key, then press the left mouse button; select the "Load File" option to "Load to Disk"; or your browser may save the files by pressing the right mouse button over the link and choosing "Save this Link as..."
