Farm Service Agency administers farm commodity and conservation programs for farmers and ranchers and makes farm ownership and operating loans. FSA programs are primarily directed at agricultural producers or, in the case of loans, at those with farm experience. Through the Commodity Credit Corporation, the agency provides financing for the purchase, storage, and shipment of commodities in federal stocks. FSA also provides emergency conservation and assistance programs to farmers. | ||
