• Yvette Jackson was named as administrator of the Food and Consumer Service, subsequently renamed the Food and Nutrition Service.

• Lon Hatamiya was named as administrator of the Foreign Agricultural Service.

• Chuck Wehrwein was selected as deputy administrator for multi-family housing in the Rural Housing Servce.

• Fred Barrett was selected as deputy administrator for field operations with the National Agricultural Statistics Service.
