• Robert Lewis was selected as deputy chief for research with the Forest Service.

• Bob Koopman was selected as deputy administrator for rural, economic, and social development with the Cooperative State Reseach, Education, and Extension Service.

• Judy Johnson was selected as the regional conservationist for the Natural Resources Conservation Service's South Central Region, based in Fort Worth, Texas.
