was selected as associate administrator of the
Agricultural Research Service.
Patricia Sheikh
was selected as the deputy administrator for
international trade policy in the Foreign Agricultural Service.
David Harris
was selected as associate general counsel for civil
rights in the Office of the General Counsel.
Ted Bell was
selected as regional administrator for the Food and Nutrition Service's
Midwest Region, based in Chicago.
Allen Ng was
selected as administrator of the Food and Nutrition Service's Western
Region, based in San Francisco.
