The following appointees will serve 3-year terms beginning March 1997 and ending March 2000. The new members are: producers Wilbur W. Benroth, Ottawa, Ohio, and Gary L. Gilbert, Manhattan, Kans.; domestic elevator operator Robert Smigelski, Waterville, Ohio; export elevator operator Hubert O. Farrish, Portland, Ore.; and processor Thomas E. Bressner, Moweaqua, Ill. The new alternate members are: producer John M. Escue, Ripley, Tenn.; domestic elevator operator Bennie B. Lackey, Jr., Stuttgart, Ark.; export elevator operator Jaeson "Mack" Brown, Napervile, Ill.; and processor Randy A. Marten, St. Louis, Mo.
