USDA TO RELEASE CHEDDAR CHEESE PRICES REPORT ON JULY 3
          
     WASHINGTON, June 2, 1997--Because of the Friday, July 4 holiday, the
U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service
will release that week's Cheddar Cheese Prices report on Thursday July 3 at
3 p.m.
          
     The report is usually released on Friday at 8:30 a.m.  Prior to and
following July 3, the weekly Cheddar Cheese Prices report will be issued
every Friday at 8:30 a.m.
