PUBLIC SCHEDULE FOR AGRICULTURE SECRETARY DAN GLICKMAN, JUNE 2-6

     WASHINGTON, June 2, 1997--Agriculture Secretary Dan Glickman will make
the following public appearance during the week of June 2-6.

Tuesday, June 3, 1997

     Glickman will address the National Cotton Council board of directors at 2
p.m.. in the Grand Ballroom at the Mayflower Hotel, 1127 Connecticut Ave., NW,
in Washington, D.C.  Glickman will discuss, among other issues, Most Favored
