Glickman will discuss the importance to the states of Missouri and Kansas of the President having this authority. As a major hub of the U.S. agri-business industry, an industry heavily dependent on international trade, Kansas City has a great deal at stake as Congress begins action on President Clinton's request for fast track authority.
