At noon, on Monday, Nov. 17, President Clinton, Secretary Glickman, and other officials will visit the newly erected center. The 21st Street Training Center is located at 2220 E. 21st Street North, Wichita, Kansas. This project is a collaborative effort of Cessna, local, state and federal governments to help train individuals for entering the workforce. This effort has created more than 200 jobs since 1990 for Wichita, Kansas. Earlier Monday, 8:00 a.m., Secretary Glickman will be the guest speaker of the Wichita, Kansas Chamber of Commerce. Secretary Glickman will speak about issues related to agriculture and the nation's economy. The Wichita Chamber of Commerce is located at 350 W. Douglas Street, Wichita, Kansas.
