At an all-day conference in Johnstown, NY, on economic development throughout the Canal Corridor, the Secretaries will announce that millions of dollars will be made available for the promotion of recreational and commercial expansion along the 524-mile canal system. The conference at Fulton Montgomery Community College, will run from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, December 12.
