He will address the Second Harvest National Conference in Century Ballroom C of the Westin Crown Center in Kansas City, Mo. at 11:45 a.m. He will discuss efforts by USDA and nonprofit organizations to fight hunger in the United States. He will then visit the Marty Richardson family farm in Camden Point, Mo. to discuss agriculture issues with a small group of local farmers.
