GLICKMAN TO OUTLINE USDA BUDGET REQUEST FOR 2001

     WASHINGTON, February 3, 2000 -- Agriculture Secretary Dan Glickman will
hold a press briefing on Monday, February 7, 2000 at 11:00 a.m. to outline the
Clinton Administration's proposed budget for fiscal year 2001 for the U.S.
