GLICKMAN TO HOST DIET AUTHORS AND NUTRITIONISTS FOR THE GREAT NUTRITION DEBATE

     WASHINGTON, February 15, 2000   Agriculture Secretary Dan Glickman will
host The Great Nutrition Debate on Thursday, February 24 from 10:00 a.m. to
1:00 p.m.  Participating in the forum will be some of the nation's best-known
weight-loss authors and nutrition experts, discussing approaches to dieting,
nutrition and long-term health effects.
