GLICKMAN TO OPEN AGRICULTURAL OUTLOOK FORUM 2000

     WASHINGTON, Feb. 22, 2000   Agriculture Secretary Dan Glickman will
deliver the opening address at  USDA's Agricultural Outlook Forum 2000 on
