GLICKMAN TO ADDRESS NATIONAL FARMERS UNION CONFERENCE AND UTAH STATE SENATE
AND HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES  

     WASHINGTON, Feb. 25, 2000   Agriculture Secretary Dan Glickman will
deliver the keynote address at the National Farmers Union's 98th Anniversary
Convention on Monday, February 28 at 12:00 p.m. at the Salt Lake City Hilton
in Salt Lake City, Utah.  Later that day, Glickman will speak to the Utah
State Senate and House of Representatives at the State Capitol.
