Introduction

For your convenience, the action plans developed by USDA in response to the National Commission on Small Farms report,
A Time to Act have been indexed in three different formats. 

The formats generally correspond with (a) the eight  policy goals listed in the Commission's report; (b) the subject categories listed in the Time to Act! Campaign's First Report Card, and (c) the USDA Mission Area responsible for responding to each of the eight policy goals and 146 recommendations submitted in A Time to Act.
