Where is the conference being held?
The conference is being held at the Wyndham Gettysburg; 95 Presidential Circle;
Gettysburg, Pennsylvania 17325, approximately 85 miles from Washington, DC.
What are the dates and times of the conference?
The conference begins with on-site registration at the hotel at 11:00 am on Monday, April 16, 2007. The conference concludes at noon on Wednesday, April 18, 2007.
What must I do to register for the conference?
There are two things that you must do to register for the conference. First, please complete and forward the registration form/reimbursable agreement to USDA/OIG by February 15, 2007. Second, you need to make your hotel reservations.
Is there a deadline for the registration?
Participants should register with the hotel by March 19, 2007.
How much is the conference?
The conference fee is $500 per person. This fee includes costs for the hotel meeting space, audio/visual requirements, conference materials, speaker costs, and some meals that will be provided to you at the conference. With the reimbursable agreement, your agency will be billed after the conference. If the conference cost per person is less than $500, your agency will only be billed that amount. Your conference fee does NOT include lodging.
What meals are included at the conference?
Your conference fee includes the following meals:
Monday, April 16, 2006: Lunch/Dinner
Tuesday, April 17, 2006: Breakfast/Lunch
Wednesday, April 18, 2006: Breakfast
Will computers be available at the conference?
A cyber café will be available with 10 computers that will have Internet access. Participants should note that Internet access alone may not provide access to each individual agency’s network due to your agency’s computer security requirements. At the cyber cafe, printers will also be available.
In addition to the cyber cafe, the hotel will provide free Internet access in participants' hotel rooms as well as wireless access in the hotel lobby.
What is the dress code for the conference?
The dress code for the conference is business casual.
