Ergonomic Assessments
The TARGET Center is here to help with your ergonomic questions about maintaining a safe work environment and to help prevent disabling conditions or aggravation of existing conditions. The first step is to schedule an appointment with one of our ergonomics specialists. Our specialist will visit your worksite to assess your needs. The specialist will evaluate your work setup and watch you perform regular work activities. The ergonomics specialist will point out strength and trouble areas of your work habits and provide you with an information booklet on proper work habits and ergonomic resources.
At the TARGET Center, we have an assortment of ergonomic products to help you maintain proper work habits. From alternative keyboards and mice to chairs and footstools, our specialist will help you find the equipment that is right for you. The TARGET Center has products that can be taken on loan for an evaluation period, and specialists can help you procure your own equipment as needed.
