From Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland;

South on Interstate 95 to the Washington Beltway I95/495. Take the Beltway East to exit 25, which is U.S. Route 1. Take Route 1 North about 1 mile to Sunnyside Avenue and take a Right. 5601 Sunnyside is about ½ mile on the right.

South on the Baltimore Washington Parkway to the Powder Mill Road Exit. It’s the next Exit after the Laurel/Bowie Exit. West on Powder Mill Road to Edmonton Road. Left on Edmonton Road heading South. First road is Sunnyside, take a right. 5601 is approximately ½ mile on the left.

From Eastern Maryland and Virginia;

North on the Washington Beltway (I95/495) to Exit 23. North at Exit 23 on Kenilworth/Edmonton Road. Approximately 1 ½ mile North on Edmonton Road take a Left onto Sunnyside Avenue. 5601 is approximately ½ mile on the left.

From Downtown Washington, D.C.;

Go across the South Capital Street bridge and go North on 295. Once you reach the start of the Baltimore/ Washington Parkway take it, heading North. Take the Capital Beltway (95/495) heading West. At Exit 25 head North on US Route 1 . Approximately 3/4 of a mile is Sunnyside Avenue and take a Right. 5601 Sunnyside is about ½ mile on the Right.
