Needs Assessments
The TARGET Center is here to ensure an accessible work environment for people with disabilities. We specialize in computer access and job-related accessibility. Often a needs assessment is required to help determine the most appropriate accommodation.
The TARGET Center has trained staff to conduct needs assessments. Assessments for disability solutions are usually made at the TARGET Center. When you come in, we will
discuss your job requirements and identify any possible barriers to completing your job tasks.
After determining your barriers, we will discuss solutions that might benefit you.
Here at the TARGET Center, we can demonstrate different options that best fit your needs--
from software and hardware solutions to work space accommodations. We can then provide you
with purchasing information, and, where appropriate, talk to your supervisor about the accommodations. The TARGET Center also provides installation support and training where needed. Contact us now. We're here to help you.
