information is required in a request for
initial acceptance of filled buried wires.

1: Test data indicating that the copper
conductors comply with the finished conductor
end product performance requirements of
7 CFR1755.860 (RUS Bulletin 1753F-206),
RUS Specification for Filled Buried Wires,
for each conductor gauge size.
Item
2: Test data indicating that the finished
conductor insulation and finished jacketing
material complies with the physical end
product performance requirements of 7
CFR 1755.860 (RUS Bulletin 1753F-206),
RUS Specification for Filled Buried Wires.
Item
3: Test data indicating that shield joints
comply with the finished shielding end
product performance requirements of 7
CFR 1755.860 (RUS Bulletin 1753F-206),
RUS Specification for Filled Buried Wires,
for a non-gopher and gopher type shield.
Item
4: Test data indicating compliance with
the electrical end product performance
requirements of 7 CFR 1755.860 (RUS Bulletin
1753F-206), RUS Specification for Filled
Buried Wires, for each conductor gauge
size.
Item
5: Test data indicating compliance with
the mechanical end product performance
requirements of 7 CFR 1755.860 (RUS Bulletin
1753F-206), RUS Specification for Filled
Buried Wires.

6: Test data indicating compliance with
the qualification testing (Appendix A)
section of 7 CFR 1755.860 (RUS Bulletin
1753F-206),RUS Specification for Filled
Buried Wires.

7: A list of all materials used to manufacture
filled buried wires to 7 CFR 1755.860
(RUS Bulletin 1753F-206), RUS Specification
for Filled Buried Wires. The list should
include the manufacturer of the material,
its product designation, and its product
data sheet for each material.

8: A 3-foot sample of the filled buried
wire manufactured to 7 CFR 1755.860 (RUS
Bulletin 1753F-206), RUS Specification
for Filled Buried Wires.
Item
9: Submit only 1 original and 1 photocopy
of the required test data.
