R U S Acceptance Procedures for Suspension and Guy Strand
Item y

In addition to the requirements shown under the general listing procedures, the following information is required in a request for initial acceptance of suspension and guy strand.

Item 1: Test data indicating that the suspension and guy strand complies with the breaking strength and weight end product performance requirements of 7 CFR 1755.370, "RUS Specification for Seven Wire Galvanized Steel Strand," each size and grade of strand.

Item 2: Test data indicating that the suspension and guy strand complies with elongation end product performance requirements of 7 CFR1755.370, "RUS Specification for Seven Wire Galvanized Steel Strand," each size and grade of strand.

Item 3: Test data indicating that the suspension and guy strand complies with the weight of coating end product performance requirements of 7 CFR 1755.370, "RUS Specification for Seven Wire Galvanized Steel Strand," each size, class, and grade of strand.

Item 4: Test data indicating that the suspension and guy strand complies with the adherence of coating end product performance requirements of 7 CFR 1755.370, "RUS Specification for Seven Wire Galvanized Steel Strand," each size, class, and grade of strand.

Item 5: Test data indicating that the suspension and guy strand complies with the ductility of steel end product performance requirements of 7 CFR 1755.370, "RUS Specification for Seven Wire Galvanized Steel Strand," each size and grade of strand.

Item 6: A sample of each size, class, and grade of suspension and guy manufactured to 7 CFR 1755.370, "RUS Specification for Seven Wire Galvanized Steel Strand."

Item 7: Submit only 1 original and 1 photocopy of the required test data for the specification.
