Some of these bulletins and forms may be of interest to the applicant or project engineer. Bulletins include guides for preparing the Preliminary Engineering Report, legal services agreement, water users agreement, etc. Forms include Right-of-Way Easement, Water Purchase Contract, Operating Budget, Outlay Report and Request for Reimbursement for Construction Program, etc.
