United States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service: National Animal Identification System

In response to the recent introduction of Phakopsora pachyrhizi, or soybean rust, into the United States, USDA facilitated the development of a federal, state, university and industry-coordinated framework for surveillance, reporting, prediction, and management of soybean rust for the 2005 growing season.

The purpose of this Web site is to support the goals of the coordinated framework and to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate information for managing soybean rust this year.

This web site is a one-stop resource for soybean rust. It will be updated as new information becomes available.
