How to Report a Website Section 508 Accessibility and Compliance Issue

Section 508 applies to all federal agencies that develop, procure, maintain, or use information and communications technology (ICT). Agencies are required to provide employees and members of the public with disabilities comparable access to those without disabilities.

To report a Section 508-related issue with the OASCR webpage, forms, documents or links, please email sm.oascr.508compliance@usda.gov. Be sure to include the webpage URL and a brief description of the nature of the issue. Please allow 48 hours for a response and potential remediation.
