USDA-NASA Ethics Training Simulation Game (“Meals to Mars”)
As the Office of Ethics’ latest groundbreaking innovation in the Federal government, USDA's Annual Ethics training is now in an engaging scenario-based game format that features astronauts, space travel to Mars, agriculture, ethics, and you! USDA and NASA have teamed up to create this interactive simulation. Your knowledge of the Federal Ethics rules will help you succeed as you lead your team in various locations across the country, working against the clock, to provide American astronauts with sufficient food for their long journey traveling to Mars. The “Meals to Mars” Ethics Training Game is randomized, so the scenario challenges will be different each time.
USDA employees can locate this game on AgLearn by searching "OGC-Ethics-2025" in the AgLearn search feature. For those who do not work at USDA, we have made the Ethics “Meals to Mars” Simulation Training Game accessible to everyone by posting it publicly on USDA's webpage (see link below). Even if you are not a Federal employee, we invite you to try this newest USDA innovation as an engaging way to learn about the Federal Ethics rules and the important work of the U.S. Department of Agriculture and NASA.
