The MyPlate Holiday Makeover infographic provides ideas to help you make great choices. From baking to seasoning, this new resource can show you an easier way to make your meals healthier. Choose recipes that include unsweetened applesauce or mashed ripe bananas instead of butter. Keep up the excellent work, Jackie. Congratulations in taking over the helm of CNPP. You are born leader and will do fine. My best wishes are always with you.
How are things at the Center?
This is an awesome infographic?
I like this very practical swapping chart. I've done the applesauce/banana swap for butter/oil in cakes and no one even noticed.
Would be more useful if the pdf could be downloaded for 8 1/2 by 11 and 8 1/2 by 14 without part of graphics cut off.

Do you have this in Spanish? I love it!
Are there any plans for translating this into Spanish? That would be wonderful!
@Rocio - thank you for your interest in this resource! Currently we do not have plans to translate this material into Spanish, however we will take your request into consideration as we develop future Spanish-language materials. You can find a wealth of MyPlate materials in Spanish (MiPlato) here: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/multilanguage-spanish
Hi I am looking for a Spanish version of this pdf. Is there one available?
I asked earlier if a Spanish version of this pdf is available. You can contact me at my email.
I was happy to see this information on your site. I am a manger for a health plan and we are required by the Department of Health Care Services to have materials available to the Medi-Cal population in specific threshold languages, English and Spanish. I was sadly disappointed to see that there is no Spanish version of the Holiday Makeover.
I would appreciate it if you can inform whether there are plans to translate this information or if our plan can translate it internally as we would like to use it but cannot unless it is in both languages.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
@Elisa Hernandez - Thank you for your interest in this resource. Unfortunately, we do not have a Spanish version of the MyPlate Holiday Makeover infographic; however, you can find other MyPlate Spanish materials here: www.choosemyplate.gov/multilanguage-spanish-10tips
