NARA Bulletins

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) issues NARA bulletins to Federal agencies to provide guidance and assistance on the management and disposition of Federal records.

NARA bulletins clarify and explain Federal records management requirements found in the Federal Records Act and the Code of Federal Regulations. NARA bulletins provide formal, mandatory records management guidance for agencies, who must then determine the most appropriate way to incorporate NARA guidance into their business processes and agency programs.
