State and Local Government Financial Wellness Grants Program
The State and Local Government Financial Wellness Grants Program, administered by the National Association of State Treasurers Foundation and its partners, will provide support to state and local governments that have the interest and capacity to develop and offer a financial wellness program to their employees. Grant amounts range up to $100,000, depending on the number of employees reached. Proposals are encouraged from any local or state governmental entity of any size and from any part of the United States, including the U.S. territories.

VA - Grants for the Transportation of Veterans to Highly Rural Areas
The U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs is offering grants for new organizations to assist veterans in highly rural areas through innovative transportation services to travel to VA medical centers and to otherwise assist in providing transportation services in connection with the provision of VA medical care to these veterans.

Rural Digital Opportunity Fund
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) designed the Rural Digital Opportunity Fund to bring high speed fixed broadband service to rural homes and small businesses that lack access. The first phase of the FCC reverse auction will target over six million homes and businesses in census blocks that are entirely underserved by voice and broadband with download speeds of at least 25 Mbps. North Texas Cares Corona Virus Relief Fund
North Texas Cares Corona Virus Relief Fund will award funds to nonprofit organizations providing services in the North Texas area to provide support for organizations that work with people and communities who may be most negatively affected by COVID-19. The William Caspar Graustein Memorial Fund is offering immediate support to communities in Connecticut responding to current events related to COVID-19. Rural Resilience: Farm Stress Training
In this course, you will learn to recognize the signs and symptoms of stress and suicide, ways to effectively communicate with people under stress, and how to reduce stigma related to mental health concerns. What you learn in this course can help your friends, family, neighbors and community during stressful times. USDA’s Cooperative Extension System, Farm Credit, American Farm Bureau Federation and National Farmers Union have worked together to bring this course online for the public.

Rural LISC utilizes this fund to provide permanent and construction-to-permanent financing for rural community facilities, including health care centers, hospitals, educational facilities, and other nonprofit and public facilities in rural communities with populations under 20,000.
