NAD is committed to increasing the public’s awareness of the agency by attending outreach opportunities such as fairs, farm shows, expos, colleges, and other venues to inform participants about their appeal rights and NAD services.
If you've... been turned down for a farm loan, had your mortgage accelerated, or been denied program payments, assistance, or a grant... You can appeal to the NATIONAL APPEALS DIVISION (NAD).
