Consolidated Forms & Publications Distribution Center

The Consolidated Forms & Publications Distribution Center provides inventory control, storage and distribution of forms, publications and supplies for participating federal agencies and activities by mutual agreement. The hours of operations are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except for government holidays.

CFPDC maintains supplies, forms, publications and a limited quantity of special items for USDA agencies in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and Food Safety Inspectors nationwide. Customers with reimbursable agreements are provided a Customer ID and may purchase office supplies, forms and publications through CFPDC based on the terms of the agreement.
