Efforts through consultation, coordination and collaboration support the preservation of the government to government relationship and enhance access to USDA’s various programs and services to tribes, tribal organizations and citizens.

OTR works with tribes, tribal organizations and tribal citizens to ensure access to USDA programs and services and enhances delivery methods through various approaches to improve the coordination and effectiveness of federal programs, services, and actions affecting tribes, tribal organizations and tribal citizens. USDA works with various partners to enhance delivery of programs and services in Indian Country.
