Anna G. Stroman  DIRECTOR, COMPLIANCE DIVISION.

Anna G. Stroman, a native Washingtonian, received her M.A. degree in Counseling from Bowie State University in 2000 and a Masters of Divinity degree with emphasis on Christian Counseling from Maple Springs Bible College and Seminary in 2015.   She is a certified Mediator for Prince Georges County and is currently pursuing her Doctorate Degree. More …

 

What We Do

The Compliance Division has oversight and guidance of Mission Areas and Staff Offices’ compliance with civil rights policy, training, strategic planning as it pertains to employment and program activities and federal mandated reports.  CD collaborates with the Office of the Mission Area Liaison.  CD has two branches, employment and programs whose major responsibilities include:

  • Civil Rights Impact Analysis
  • Program Final Agency Decisions
  • Agency Compliance Review Embeds
  • Settlement Agreements
  • Mandatory civil rights training
  • Limited English Proficiency
  • Mandatory Annual Reports
  • Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS)
