The USDA Intelligent Automation Service program supports two development models: Centralized and Federated.
Centralized Model
The Centralized model provides mission areas and agencies with the option to use IA CoE services to manage the procurement and delivery of services on their behalf using the new IA BPA. Services could include firm-fixed-price development or operations and maintenance of existing bots.
Federated Model
The Federated model gives mission areas and agencies the flexibility to utilize their preferred development method or procure these services from the new IA BPA.
