An Initiative for Healthy School Meals

Remark:  USDA recently announced a partnership with a national non-profit with the goal of improving school meal quality and nutrition. The means to achieve these goals is recent grant monies to modernize school meal preparation equipment and education on better ways to increase nutrition.
