Departmental Administration (DA) ensures that the United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) administrative programs and policies meet the needs of USDA program organizations and are consistent with laws and mandates. DA provides leadership to ensure the timely and effective delivery of high quality and cost-effective mission support services across the Department, and coordinates, human resources, procurement, property management, emergency preparedness and response activities, and programs for small and is disadvantaged business utilization.
