Award Terms and Conditions

Recipients of USDA/OCE agreements must comply with the applicable general terms and conditions. These terms and conditions express important items related to a recipient’s agreement, including method of payment, reporting frequency and content, and prior approval requirements.

A fully executed agreement between OCE and the recipient includes the award document, a workplan outlining the recipient’s performance obligations and deliverables, and OCE’s general terms and conditions.
