Initially entering Federal service with USDA in 2011, Bryan served as the Director of OHRM’s Employee and Labor Relations Division from 2013 to 2018 where he managed the operational portfolio and administrative investigation and third-party litigation programs. He subsequently served as Senior Advisor in USDA’s Office of Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) from 2018 to 2023 where he advised the CFO and the National Finance Center on statutory compliance, litigation, and sensitive personnel matters, before returning to OHRM as the Senior Advisor for Management and Operations in July of 2023.
