The USDA Open Data Catalog is the central place to find USDA datasets. The machine‑readable JSON file on this page contains the catalog’s metadata following the DCAT-US3.0 schema, see https://resources.data.gov/resources/dcat-us3/ for schema details. The catalog includes information about each dataset, who maintains it, and how to access it when available.
