The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (OASCR) introduces its new Program Discrimination Complaint Electronic Submission Portal. The portal will streamline the filing of complaints by USDA customers who believe they have experienced discrimination when applying for USDA services, participating in a USDA program, or participating in a USDA-funded program. This portal allows users to submit and track complaints throughout their lifecycle, available in both English and Spanish. This portal gives the public a convenient, real-time electronic method for submitting USDA program discrimination complaints and tracking their status, offering greater efficiency, transparency, and accessibility. In addition to this new portal, USDA still offers multiple methods of submitting complaints including email, mail, and fax.
