The guidance documents contained herein lack the force and effect of law, unless expressly authorized by statute or incorporated into a contract. The Department reserves the right to remove any such documents at any time from this Portal.

USDA is continually updating its portal and agency websites to ensure that current guidance is on the portal and obsolete guidance is removed.
